Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of PlayerTicker. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally able to accept these Terms where you live. PlayerTicker is not intended for children under 13.

PlayerTicker provides sports information and interactive features, which may include player and team profiles, estimates and valuations, market displays, game analysis, draft tools, trade tools, account features, and community activity. Features and data availability can vary and may change. The service depends on third-party data and infrastructure, which may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or incorrect.

PlayerTicker is provided for informational and entertainment purposes. Values, projections, rankings, game analysis, crowd sentiment, and other outputs are estimates or opinions, not guarantees or professional advice. They are not investment, financial, legal, tax, or betting advice, and are not an offer or recommendation to buy, sell, or wager on anything. You are responsible for your own decisions. PlayerTicker does not execute wagers or trades in financial securities.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in information secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate account information and promptly protect your account if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

You keep ownership of content you submit, including trade proposals, votes, comments, and other contributions. You give PlayerTicker a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and process that content only as reasonably needed to operate, provide, and improve the service and its community features. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it. Contributions may be displayed to other users where a feature is public. PlayerTicker may remove content or restrict features to protect the service or its users.

PlayerTicker and its software, design, branding, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you permission to use the service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms; they do not transfer ownership. Sports league, team, player, and other third-party names, marks, and data remain with their respective owners. PlayerTicker does not claim official league or team affiliation unless expressly stated for a specific feature.

Some features may be available without payment, and some may require a paid plan such as Pro. Any price, billing interval, renewal, included features, and cancellation instructions will be presented in the product or checkout flow when offered. Payments are processed by Stripe. Canceling a subscription affects future renewals as described in the applicable billing flow; access may continue through the paid period. Any refund rights required by law remain unaffected. Do not rely on a feature or plan being available unless it is currently offered in the product.

PlayerTicker may change, suspend, or discontinue features, data sources, models, or the service. Methodology and estimates may evolve, and past outputs do not guarantee future results. Access may be restricted when reasonably needed to address misuse, security issues, legal obligations, or operational problems.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a consumer right or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. No additional warranty, liability cap, or governing-law term is stated in this document.

These Terms may be updated as the product changes. Continued use after updated Terms are posted means you accept them to the extent permitted by law. The project has not published a verified legal entity, governing-law selection, or dedicated legal contact; none is supplied here.
